The pitch was simple: when Michel & Augustin wanted Starbucks to distribute their products, instead of shipping the tasty samples all the way to Seattle, Charlotte and Hassan, her cameraman, decided to fly there instead. And so, they went to meet Howard Schultz, the brand's CEO at the time, and deliver the products in person.
