Emery Jacquillat is a manager who’s never been afraid of relinquishing control. In 2009, he took over bankrupt retail giant Camif, transforming its image with a “Made in France” business model. He also built up a philosophy of management based on mutual trust, empowering employees to participate in the collective project of the company’s success.
